Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing critical aspects of our commercial business, including Confidentiality and Data Agreements (CDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs) negotiations. As the key Point of Contact (POC) for these contractual matters, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution and alignment of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
:
· Review, negotiation, and execution of CDAs, MSAs, and SOWs to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
· Ensure all contracts and opportunities are up-to-date in ECN’s CRM, maintaining accuracy and completeness, providing real-time current standings, line-of-sight, and projections for ECN’s executive team and board.
· Collaborate with legal and other relevant departments to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize clinical trials contracts with CROs and Biopharmaceutical companies in accordance with Company policies. This includes non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), clinical trial agreements (CTAs), and master service agreements (MSAs).
· Collaborate with the Finance team to finalize clinical trial budgets.
· Ensure the timely execution of clinical trials agreements.
· Develop systems and templates to improve the contracting process.
· Cross-functional alignment/liaison between operations, finance and commercial departments
· Document and maintain contracts/proposals in a centralized repository
· Serve as CTMS superuser in relation to budget and accounting functions, ensuring that the system is utilized effectively for housing, tracking, and managing all aspects of billing and business operations.
· Take ownership of CTMS records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
· Lead data configuration for data ingestion into Salesforce, ensuring the smooth flow of information and accurate representation of business activities.

· Work with CCO and COO to compile and configuration data for efficient ingestion into CTMS
· Collaborate with internal and external IT and data teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security in CTMS
· Stay informed about best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

· Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for contracted study forecasting, working closely with the sales team to gather accurate and reliable data for forecasting purposes.
· Analyze and report on forecasted data, providing insights and recommendations to leadership

· Willingness and ability to jump in and address general business strategy needs on an ad hoc basis, including supporting commercial activities and initiatives.
· Contribute insights and analysis to support decision-making on broader business strategies.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
