Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including food preparation, menu planning, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our guests. Duties:
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including training and scheduling
- Plan and create menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation are consistently maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in banquet or large-scale food service management is a plus
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
