SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining the service areas and side stations in accordance with venue requirements and in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, displaying quality guest service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:* Assists Food Servers in restocking any items required during service.
* Removes trash from and maintains cleanliness of all service related areas in the buffet.
* Assists food servers, during peak operating times, in pre-busing tables as required ONLY by management.
* Answers any guest questions and refers them, if necessary, to appropriate management personnel.
* Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations.
* Keeps sight lines neat and organized.
* Helps maintain par levels.
* Sweeps and mops if necessary.
* Keeps traffic areas free from clutter and debris.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
