About us

White Lotus Landing is a new addiction facility opening up in Leominster, MA. Our goal is to help women who struggle with cooccuring addiction and mental health issues find their light again. We are looking for dedicated staff in every department. The chef will be cooking one dinner meal per day for up to 20 women and prepping lunch for the following day. We are open 7 days a week including holidays and are looking to hire 3 chefs to fullfill this position.
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food service. If you have a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and a background in the restaurant industry, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation workers - Create and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers - Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety standards and regulations - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs or restrictions - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Train new kitchen staff members on proper cooking techniques and procedures - Oversee food presentation to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients - Stay updated on industry trends and new cooking techniques Experience: - Proven experience working as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food handling, cooking techniques, and inventory control - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team - Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices - Creativity in developing menus that appeal to a diverse customer base - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment If you are passionate about creating delicious meals, have strong leadership abilities, and thrive in a dynamic culinary environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Chef.
