Buffet Host Cashier:
Directly reporting to the Buffet Supervisor, the Cashier/Host greets all guests with a warm smile and welcome. He/she Receives payment from guests and enters transaction into Micros P.O.S. computer system, escorts guests to their tables, seats all stations in order or rotation to ensure fairness and maximum service to guests coordinates with servers and bussers to assure availability of tables for our guests. Inspects podium for cleanliness, organization, and par levels of all supplies to be used during the course of the shift.
