The Clinical Associate role at PATTERNS is a mid-tier supervisory role to a variety of approved insurance-based funding sources. All Associates must work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position allows for the accumulation of unrestricted hours of fieldwork supervision for BCBA candidates. Clinical Associates are responsible for assisting the assigned clinician with an identified caseload in a defined clinic or region.

YOUR VALUED ROLE
As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Clinical Supervisor/ Clinical Manager with including but not limited to

• Hiring, training, supervising and developing Behavior Technicians
• Supervising client cases, providing direct therapy services, behavior analytic assessment procedures, and staff training
• Assist with the development of clinical policies and procedures
• Conduct parent consultation sessions and provide support to the clinical team as needed
