Job Description:
Efficiently and courteously deal and protect assigned games as described in established policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with rules, laws and regulations.Table Games Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Ensure the integrity of Table Games Operations.
- Monitor the exchange of currency.
- Monitor the payment or collection of bets according to company and regulatory rules.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.
- Protect and maintain the integrity of assigned games and assets.
- Support the dealers in their efforts to maintain game security, asset protection and rule and regulation enforcement.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of industry wide practices and report to management any that may benefit us.
- Acknowledge, greet and converse with customers who play at or approach assigned games.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events and promotions and respond to customers accordingly.
- Advise management of disputes, problems and any suspicious activity.
- Effectively communicate with supervisors and obtain required approvals and acknowledgements according to established policies and procedures.
- Issues complimentaries pursuant to company internal controls.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Table Games Dealer Responsibilities:
- Provide appropriate and professional care and service to guests.
- Acknowledge and greet warmly customers who play at or approach assigned games.
- Conduct table transactions and provide signatory validations according to Company and regulatory rules.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.
- Ensure the protection and integrity of assigned games, currency, equipment and other assets in assigned areas.
- Comply with gaming regulations, internal controls, policies and business processes.
- Practice and foster open, clear, two-way communication with all related departments and superiors.
- Interact with department and company employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and cross-culture communications.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events and promotions and answer customer inquiries.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
1. Good proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
2. Ability to handle and assist dealers with concerns in dealing with guests and colleagues.
3. Excellent Guest Service Skills.
4. Ability to receive and maintain licensing issued by the PGCB
5. High School Diploma, at least 6 months dealing experience in the last 2 years
