Duties

• Set up, operate, or tend forging machines to taper, shape, or form metal  
• Responsible for completing set-up operating in conformance with prescribed lock out procedures 
• Operates cutoff saws to cut ends off of pieces to match the print length

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to read, count, and accurately measure is required.
• Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time
