Building Inspector, Sr. jobs in Biloxi, MS

We are a nationally recognized Janitorial and Facilities Maintenance company looking to add to our team in our contracted site in Biloxi, MS!!!

This position keeps the facility in a clean and sanitary condition following established policies and procedures. Perform various janitorial/environmental services necessary in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

General Duties and Requirements:

• Must maintain an outstanding appearance to all floors; will cut natural stone, re-finish, and buff hard floors must be able to push , lift 50 lbs.
• Must have knowledge of procedures for cutting, pastimg and crystallizing natural stone, will use floor machines and hand tools. must also perform routine building cleaning under supervision, INCLUDING ; mopping, stripping, buffing of floors, dust-mopping, and sweeping; moving and setting up furniture AS NEEDED.
• Proficient at working with buffer equipment to polish natural stone such as marble, granite, travertine, etc.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with a high speed floor buffer.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Must be meticulous and organized.
• The ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Leadership experience
• A reliable work ethic, honest and dependable.
• Able to lift heavy equipment (75 lbs.).

SHIFT: 3rd shift/graveyard , Sunday through Thursday, 11:45pm till 7:45am
