Building Inspector, Sr. jobs in Stamford, CT

BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT

Reports To: Property Manager

Specific Responsibilities:

• Inspect and ensure cleanliness of the building
• Complete all work orders, daily maintenance
• Respond to emergency tenant calls
• Maintain property cleanliness at all times - including common areas and parking lots
• Communicate effectively with Property Manager, tenants, and vendors
• Complete or supervise repairs as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in supervisory janitorial role
• Proven track record of relevant cleaning and maintenance experience
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
