PCCA also owns cotton warehouse facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. In addition to cotton marketing and warehousing services, PCCA provides innovative technology solutions to gins that help add more value to our grower-owners’ cotton.

What You Will Do

• Perform building and grounds maintenance, repairs, and property yard upkeep.
• Asist with fire system maintenance
• Asist with underground utility repair
• General building repairs (Sheetmetal, air systems)
• All other tasked that are assigned

Essential Skills and Background

• High School or equivalent (Preferred)
• One (1) year of maintenance (preferred)
• Basic computer literacy is required, and willingness to learn more.
• Read, comprehend, and apply information, such as plant drawing, diagrams, schematics, submittals, software/systems, programs, and operation/product manuals.
• Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working in ducts, crawl spaces, rooftops, etc.
• General understanding of maintenance and construction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to be available on-call.
• Moderate amounts of time spent outside in potentially extreme (hot and cold) weather.
• Must be physically fit to crawl, climb, stand, walk, and lift to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach and grab with arms and hands, manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Must be self-sufficient, motivated, and driven.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining a safe and secure warehousing environment. Perform all operations in compliance with safety policies and procedures and apply good safety-conscious conduct in all designated work environments. Comply with OSHA SDS standards.
