Building and Grounds Supervisor jobs in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Building and Grounds Supervisor supervises and trains building and grounds maintenance staff. Oversees landscaping activities, the maintenance of sidewalks and parking areas, and the removal of trash and snow. Being a Building and Grounds Supervisor maintains and monitors the operation of all utility systems such as heating, ventilating and air conditioning. May be responsible for the housekeeping staff. Additionally, Building and Grounds Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Supervisor
We are looking for a hardworking Supervsor to join our cleaning team. We have part time and full time positions, flexible schedules.
FT Experience Required $15
TAREAS ESENCIALES:
- Realizar y documentar las actividades de mantenimiento e inspección de rutina.
- Realizar tareas de limpieza pesadas y proyectos especiales.
- Notificar a la gerencia de las deficiencias que ocurren o las necesidades de reparaciones.
- Almacenar y mantener los suministros
- Cooperar con el resto del personal
- Seguir las normas de salud y seguridad.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
