OVERALL FUNCTIONS
The Trade Superintendent is responsible for field oversight and management of construction projects, primarily focused on its assigned trade or scope of work and directed by the division manager. Management tasks will include all aspects of on-site construction management including internal employee supervision, subcontract labor supervision, material ordering and handling, site organization, on-site client relationship and communication, project execution, and quality control.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The Trade Superintendent will live full time on site at various projects. Time on each project will be dictated by the construction schedule and can be anywhere from one to twelve months depending on the project size. Occasionally travel between projects will be necessary. Accommodations will be determined by the division manager and will consist of hotel, rental house, or apartment. In some cases, multiple field staff or resources could be placed together.
