We're looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Building & Grounds Maintenance Person. If you take pride in a sparkling clean environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this is the job for you!

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment in our high-energy building
• Keeping all common areas, restrooms, and offices sparkling
• Ensuring the grounds are tidy and free of debris
• Replacing light bulbs, air filters, and other minor maintenance tasks
• Responding to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and being a team player

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in building maintenance
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently
• Possesses excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Has a positive attitude and is a team player
• Is physically able to perform duties such as lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
