Building and Grounds Supervisor jobs in Ogden, UT

We are looking to hire a highly-skilled Facility Maintenance Staff to work out of our two primary buildings and multiple companies . Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and monitoring maintenance activities. Experience in mechanical, electrical, and security systems is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Work side by side with the Building Manager on assignments.
• Ensure any minor repairs are completed.
• Monitor both buildings, inside and outside for any possible safety issues.
• Monitor security systems for any abnormalities.
• Issue and track all building keys and entry fobs.

• Run the occasional errand for division head.
• Drive the moving truck for larger items.
• Occasionally drive the company limo for drop off and pick up at the airport, or other necessary tasks.
• Take in company vehicles for routine maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Quick problem solver
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic knowledge in general repairs
• Must have a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more occasionally

Compensation:

• $14-$16 hourly pay or more DOE
• Full Time position, Mon-Fri, very rare to work nights or weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Ogden, UT 84401: Relocate before starting work (Required)
