Housekeeping Supervisor responsibilities include:

• Needs to be able to delegate, inspect property, supervise, follow instructions and carry them out
• Assist the Project Manager in managing janitorial/cleaning staff
• Assist in developing and maintaining employee weekly schedule
• Provides training to all janitorial staff
• Assists with processing new hire applications and interviewing new janitorial staff
• Maintains staff compliance with company policies/procedures
• Maintains proper inventory control of supplies and materials

Requirements

• Preferred 1 year of experience as Janitorial Supervisor
• Janitorial experience required.
• Pressure washing and leaf blower required
• Strong customer service skills and employee relation skills
• Driver's License required
• Must be able to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Must have cleaning experience

Schedule: Morning 7 am - 3:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
