Business Analytics Director manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Business Analytics Director consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Additionally, Business Analytics Director builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, statistics or a quantitative field. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Analytics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Business Analytics Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • Windsor Place Senior Living is seeking a Human Resource HR Director / Business Office Manager for our skilled nursing facility in Sigourney, IA.

    The primary purpose of the job position is to assist with the day to day human resource operations of the HR Department in accordance with current acceptance policies and procedures. Ensuring that all regulations and Labor Laws are followed and that payroll is processed in a timely accurate manner / Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining systems to operate the business office in an effective, efficient manner so that the facility will run sound.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and effective, organized, efficient payroll system to meet the needs of the facility
    • Implement written policies and procedures that govern human resource functions of the facility
    • Prepare and submit accurate, complete payroll reports on a timely basis
    • Verify employment data and backgrounds on job applicants
    • Enter into the HRIS system all employment data, payroll and personal information required
    • Update the HRIS system as required with employee data, benefits changes, salary increase, etc.
    • Assist in orienting new employees
    • Maintain all benefit records including health and dental, life insurance, voluntary policies, PTO balances, ITO balances and FMLA information
    • Ensure that supplies are requested, approved and ordered according to policy.
    • Bill, monitor, and collect account receivables. Report delinquent accounts to the Administrator and/or the Director of Finance.
    • Assist in planning and implementing changes in the accounting system.
    • Be able to perform all the job functions required of the Accounting/Billing Assistant.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred.
    • Previous Human Resources and Payroll experience is desirable
    • 2 years business office and/or accounting experience required, preferably in a Long Term Care Accounts receivable
    • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and Insurance.
