Business Analytics Director manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Business Analytics Director consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Additionally, Business Analytics Director builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, statistics or a quantitative field. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all aspects of the program, including the administration, planning, continuous review, development, and general effectiveness of the program as well as all duties as defined for full-time faculty. Responsibilities also include meeting and maintaining program accreditation requirements, systematic review of program effectiveness among didactic, laboratory, and clinical components, student recruitment, committee assignments and serving as a liaison with health care facilities.

· Create and Develop LVN program in addition to overseeing the Nursing Assisting program

· Demonstrate ability to Direct and lead faculty, as well as Teach Students within the Medical program.
· Demonstrated knowledge of the Vocational Nursing Program curriculum and program development and evaluation, as well as needs assessment and marketing of the program.
· Demonstrated knowledge in the administration and development of the Vocational Nursing Program designed to meet the needs of health care organizations and entrepreneurial activities and programs designed to meet the needs of adults and the business community.
· Ability to use and enhance the teaching and learning process through the use of technology.
· Ability to collaborate with various educational, business, and/or government groups.
· Understands the federal, state, local and private grant-funded Vocational Nursing Program.
· Ability to organize develop and implement operational systems; writes guidelines in an educational setting; and manages a high volume workflow office.
· Demonstrated excellent supervisory, administrative, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
· Demonstrated organizational skills in handling and directing multiple and complex assignments and projects.
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; and effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Assist with Accreditdation department requirements to maintain compliance.
Must be willing to teach the Vocational Nursing & Nursing Assist program.
Minimum Qualifications:
On campus learning, this is not a remote position. Director must be present on-site and able to work in person as scheudled.
Any combination or equivalent to:
· Must have a Balchor's degree in Nursing.
. Must have a License in Vocational Nursing
. 3 Years of related work experience (Clincial work experience)
. 2 years teaching experience & or 2 years training expereince
· Must have 18 units directly related to the subject matter area (academic evaluation required).
Knowledge and Abilities:

Fundamental Responsibilities:
Oversee instruction, development and implementation of curriculum regaridng the LVN & NA program . Must be experienced in the field of study. Knowledgeable in instructing high-needs population. Knowledgeable and experienced in the industry sector selected to teach
Work Duties:

· Attend local, regional, state, for national meetings where required or necessary or the discipline.
· Mentor and assist in orienting new faculty, either formally or informally where appropriate or required by department or division.
· Attend commencement or other ceremonies appropriate to the faculty members’ discipline or program.
· Attend departmental, divisional, and college-wide meetings where appropriate or as required by supervisor.
· Perform other academically- related duties as assigned by instructor’s supervisor

· Implement student assessments and local assessments.
· Conduct data collection, organization, compilation and analyses and interpretation of the results.

reading journals/papers, joining professional associations and taking courses and attending workshops.
· Develop methods to assess students’ needs.
· Develop methods to assess curriculum needs for a variety of students.
· Provide technical expertise regarding assigned functions; formulate and develop policies and procedures for the classroom.

· Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.
