The Director, Strategic Talent and Business Partner (STBP) for US CMG Sales is a key Human Resources leader reporting to the Vice President Strategic Talent & Business Partner. The Director, STBP works closely with the Chief Sales Officer and Sales Leadership Team in driving efficient top-line growth through world-class sales COEs, retail, and customer capabilities. The successful candidate will have 10-12 years of progressive talent management and Human Resources leadership experience within Fortune 500 organizations, with at least half of this being within a top Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company. Experience managing large-scale organizational change, efficiently transforming key business capabilities (including analytical and digital tools, skills, and ways of working), while enabling positive employee value proposition in an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion, is necessary.
