    Salary Expectations: $118,500 - 139,400

About Us: At KFC, we’re not just in the business of chicken — we’re in the business of spreading joy. Whether it’s through our crispy chicken or our legendary customer service, we believe in bringing a little happiness to every bite. Join us and be a part of something truly finger-lickin' awesome!

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept): As our Digital Business Intelligence Leader, you’ll be on a mission to make the world a happier place, one byte at a time. Here’s the scoop:

You’ll whip up strategic solutions using top-notch analytical and big data technologies to boost consumer insight and spread joy through our digital channels.

Ever wonder what makes our campaigns sizzle? You’ll analyze and report on their performance, turning data into delicious insights that’ll put a smile on everyone’s face.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and implement analytical reports and processes faster than you can say "original recipe." Plus, you’ll work on UX wireframes, data schema translation, testing, and deployment like a pro, all in the name of spreading joy.

You’ll be the master storyteller, turning digital performance data into a mouthwatering business narrative that’ll have everyone coming back for seconds and spreading the joy far and wide.

Dive deep into user behavior across our digital ecosystem and lead the charge on creating digital tracking strategies that’ll make our mobile app enhancements even more delightful.

What You Bring to the Table: We’re looking for someone with the perfect blend of skills and experience:

    • 5 years of development experience (bonus points if you can recite the Colonel’s secret recipe from memory).
    • Expertise in business intelligence platforms, with a knack for report building and dashboard wizardry.
    • A background in customer digital data journey analysis — web analytics, social media, ecommerce — you name it, you’ve analyzed it, all with a smile on your face.
    • Technical prowess in SQL, Python or R, and Excel (because who doesn’t love a good spreadsheet?).
    • Excellent communication skills — whether you’re chatting with business leaders, IT wizards, or vendor partners, you know how to spread joy with your words.
    • A UX design background that’ll make our dashboards shine brighter than a bucket of freshly fried chicken.

Why Join Us? Aside from the endless supply of chicken (okay, maybe not endless, but you get the idea), here’s what we offer:

    • A chance to work in a fast-paced, finger-lickin' fun environment where no two days are the same.
    • Opportunities to innovate, grow, and spread joy in the digital analytics space.
    • A team that’s as passionate about data as they are about spreading happiness — and trust us, they’re really passionate.
