In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our advertising campaigns by providing actionable insights, implementing robust measurement frameworks, optimizing campaign performance, and overseeing internal business analytics and revenue reporting.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive reporting strategies to track the performance of advertising campaigns within a cookieless environment, including revenue reporting, ad impressions, click-through rates, and other key metrics.
Utilize advanced analytics techniques to derive actionable insights from large datasets and identify opportunities for optimization, both in terms of advertising performance and internal business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to define key performance metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Lead efforts to establish measurement frameworks that accurately capture the impact of advertising campaigns on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition cost.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in digital advertising, with a focus on reporting, analytics, and optimization, as well as internal business analytics and revenue reporting.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Deep understanding of advertising technologies, including ad serving platforms, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and ad exchanges.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience with privacy-focused advertising solutions and cookieless targeting technologies is a plus.

Pay Range
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
