Reporting to the CFO, this role will provide support across all management teams to analyze and recommend continual improvement ideas while tracking implementation of changes. In addition, this person will be overseeing the configuration and user administration of Pete Lien & Sons ERP software system Salary will be $140,000/yr commensurate with skills and experience.
The successful candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Business or Finance or equivalent experience. Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional leadership skills and previous supervisory experience are desired.

This role will provide support across all management teams to analyze and recommend continual improvement ideas while tracking implementation of changes. • Directs a team of analysts that use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area for and methods of improving operations
• Evaluates analytics data and makes recommendations to continually improve the effectiveness of the organization's product or service.
• Benchmarks and tracks success metrics to show return on investment and to provide a feedback loop for company teams.
• Consults with managerial and systems analysis personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine extent of programming and coding required.
• Collaborates with other departments as a resource for identifying things such as best practices for timely information and reporting to improve decision-making and operational results.
• Develops recommendations and methodologies to help the organization with system processes, workflow charts or diagrams, to achieve objectives, following company procedures to reach all established goals.

Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, or Finance highly recommended or equivalent experience.
