Business Analytics Director manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Business Analytics Director consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Additionally, Business Analytics Director builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, statistics or a quantitative field. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Analytics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Business Analytics Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Paris Health and Rehab Center is seeking a Director of Business Development & Marketing to join our growing team! 

     

    This is a leadership position reporting to the Administrator and working in conjunction with our Vice President of Business Development to support the company in its efforts to achieve facility and regional goals and objectives. The focus is on increasing occupancy and revenue by providing a liaison relationship with hospital case workers, discharge planners, and physicians with hands-on support, guidance and direction to facility staff in the development and implementation of programs to enhance the customer experience and bring peace of mind to our customers.

    • Create and maintain professional and working relationships with hospital Social Workers, Case Managers, Physicians, and other hospital personnel to secure new admissions to facilities
    • Communicate with Physicians for potential new referrals and market facility services
    • Communicate and coordinate with financial office for accuracy of Census, verification of insurance information, Medicare, Medicaid eligibility. Manage internal admission process
    • Manage the referral flow and admissions process, including community sales, referral management, and admission experience
    • Meet census goals by working with the facility’s interdisciplinary team
    • Lead the facility through weekly and monthly meetings to achieve business and personal professional goals
    • Guide the facility’s internal and external sales program which ensures: strong customer, referral sources, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, maximization of center case-mix and average daily census (ADC) goals.
    • Assists with market research, including competitive analysis, surveys, and demographic analysis
    • Works with Facility team to continuously improve systems that directly affect occupancy: inquiry procedures and skills, tour effectiveness, conversion techniques, follow-up systems, customer satisfaction and unplanned discharges.
