In this role, you will:-
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics

Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
-
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
-
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
-
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
-
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
-
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
-
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
-
Execute and contribute to strategic vision and management of speech analytics in regards to business and risk management
-
Partner and contribute to coordination of speech analytics from intake, to execution and implementation, including business support
-
Build and maintain portfolio of speech analytics
-
Contribute to expansion of analytics, including partnering with others for advanced listening
-
Play a central role in the CCS Change Management implementation process, representing the Operations Effectiveness Team (OET)

Work with management at various levels while supporting the OET team.
Required Qualifications:-
2 years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:-
Experience leading, planning and implementing initiatives, including development of project plans, status/tracking reports and executive-level decks/presentations.

Experience performing speech analytics - call monitoring system experience such as Nexidia, Avaya and Verint

Understanding of data and technology infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage complex cross-matrix organization that includes multiple lines businesses

Knowledge and experience with products, systems and processes within Consumer Collections & Servicing (collections, bankruptcy, legal)

Exposure to or experience working with Change Management methodologies

Demonstrated ability to provide self-leadership and coaching

Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with various business and functional areas and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder groups

Ability to manipulate and manage large sets of data from multiple sources.

Ability to create and manage large-scale change and influence people at all levels of the organization
-
Ability to successfully engage in and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines amid shifting priorities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, possessing strong collaborative skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word
