Purpose:
The Business Analytics and Insights Manager is responsible for the collection, interpretation, and integration of all aspects of data sources to drive strategic business decisions for the Dr. Reddy’s OTC Marketing Teams (Brand, Private Label and Innovation). The ideal candidate is passionate about data and experienced in analytics and insights based on a deep knowledge of brands, sales, market environment, and the evolving health and personal care industries. The role requires a self-starter, who is willing to roll up their sleeves, work hands-on and deliver data driven insights to support the OTC Marketing business objectives.
Based in Princeton, NJ (Hybrid work schedule), this position reports to the Head OTC Selfcare business.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a related field. An MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in CPG and/or Pharmaceutical industry bringing a data-directed approach to strategic business decision making. Prefer experience with Circana, NielsenIQ and/or other syndicated data
• Digitally savvy, results oriented and a self-starter. Strategic, critical thinker with strong ability to think both creatively and analytically. Strong business and financial acumen
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data from different sources turning complex data into simple stories with clear actionable insight
• Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to accept ambiguous challenges
• Highly proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), SAP, and business intelligence tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadline
