Business Application Delivery Director directs and leads an organization's business application delivery department. Improves operational processes and supports critical business strategies by directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems. Being a Business Application Delivery Director enhances operations by establishing metrics, analyzing processes, and implementing standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Formulates business application architecture plans, estimates costs, and ensures projects meet strategic needs. Additionally, Business Application Delivery Director establishes policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and support efficient operations. Leads and develops a team of business application delivery programmers with training in the best practices and technologies. Uses knowledge of the field to keep the department's software, techniques, and tools up to date. Manages resource planning and decision-making. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior/top management. The Business Application Delivery Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Business Application Delivery Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Delivery, Assembly, or Repair Contractors
Job Type: Contract
Settlements: potential to earn 40K-100K dependent upon volume, location, and contract work accepted. Settlements process weekly.
AIT Home Delivery offers the ultimate level of customer care for the final delivery, assembly and/or repair of consumer goods.
Our dedicated teams of contractors offer fast and reliable home services for many high-end companies sending goods directly to consumers. Especially big-ticket residential orders, such as exercise equipment, furniture, home goods, home improvement products, playsets, gazebos, and related products.
Responsibilities
We are looking for the following:
Delivery & Assembly Contractor Teams: (fitness equipment, furniture, home goods)
-Cargo, sprinter, or smaller box trucks preferred. Helper needed.
Install Contractor Team: (Playset/gazebo/resin shed)
-Cargo, sprinter, or smaller box trucks preferred. Helper needed.
Repair Contractor:
-Fitness repairs- no specific vehicle needed. No helper. Work available may be supplemental.
Inground basketball hoop installers: Helper needed.
-involves assembly and of in ground basketball systems. We are looking for people with pick-up trucks, cargo vans, or sprinter vans.
*Contractors with basketball system abilities or concrete experience are considered primary contractors and will be offered other work before non-hoop contractors.
Qualifications

- Contractors must have an adequately insured vehicle sufficient in size for product being serviced.
- Must own hand, power tools, and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications.
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID) - This can be obtained (free) at irs.gov.
- Most jobs require two people, so you will need a dependable helper.
- You must be committed to providing exceptional customer service, be tech savvy with a mobile phone and excellent communication skills.
- Concrete experience preferred but not required.
