Business Application Delivery Manager jobs in Cedar Rapids, IA

HealthCheck360 is growing and we are looking to add a leader to our IT Team as the Manager of Application Development.

This position is responsible for:

• Providing leadership and direction to the development team (6 direct reports)
• Estimating project timelines and advising on technology choices
• Staying up to date on current technology for software development
• Ensuring that software development practices follow secure coding standards
• Upholding high quality standards for products and services
• Working closely with the business to ensure that expectations are being met
• Ability to code and review code of others

Prior experience in application development/technology (web, mobile), cloud (AWS) and current knowledge of SDLC required. In addition, the ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience.
