FedEx Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
* Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver packages to customers on time
* Ability to arrange route in order to deliver time sensitive stops on time
* Interact with customers in a professional and safe manner
* Must be able to work on some weekends
* Work and drive in inclement weather such as heat, rain, and snow
* Make pre and post trip van inspections and report any issues to supervisor
* Operate electronic hand held scanning device
FedEx Delivery Driver Qualifications:
*Must have 1 year commercial driving experience in the last 3 years or 5 years in the last 10 years
* High school diploma/GED
* Must have good driving record
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
* Ability to lift 75 lbs.
* Ability to maneuver packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person
* CDL or class C endorsement drivers license preferred but not required
