Improves operational processes and supports critical business strategies by managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications systems. Being a Business Application Delivery Manager leads multiple projects and oversees programmers to ensure that established policies and procedures are followed correctly. Trains programmers on standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additionally, Business Application Delivery Manager establishes deadlines, develops goals, and tracks performance metrics for the department. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Business Application Delivery Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.
