The position will be primarily focused on several of our key applications in documenting and workflow diagram building using Visio and Word, amongst other MS Office tools.  In addition, this position will also focus on supporting our Access Management processes and will require keen attention to detail and the ability to identify differences in report comparisons and following the outlined processes to resolve. We are expecting the intern to have an intermediate level of technical writing, capturing key data workflow elements by working with the team’s various subject matter experts.  In addition, the intern will gain additional knowledge and understanding from professional online video training and internal subject matter experts where necessary.  The expectation is through existing knowledge and online training the incumbent will have a working understanding of our Access Management processes and will be able to successfully create data flow diagrams to augment the written procedures they will be creating.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   The Internship offers exposure in the following areas of Business Information Systems: Learning several applications supported within the IT Business Information teams at a high level Observing real-time processes with subject matter experts Existing written technical procedures and opportunities to update/modify and/or create Create Data Workflow Diagrams Data comparisons for our Access Management program Participate in cross departmental Intern project Perform other duties as assigned.
