About the Position:

We are looking for a rock star administrative/customer service/operations professional who has the ability and passion to:

● Provide a first-rate experience for all of our customers and clients; resolving all inquiries professionally and accurately.

● Acquire a full working knowledge of all of our products and programs.

● Provide an organized, systematized office environment – including team support, filing, answering phones, responding to email, managing a busy calendar.

● Possess financial acumen to manage business operations while envisioning, spearheading, and managing growth initiatives and programs.

Compensation

● $24-35 per hour, contingent on experience, with ample room for growth.

● Part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week.

● Office and remote work options: While we prefer someone who can work from our Santa Barbara office when necessary, we also offer flexibility for remote work when feasible.
