POSITION SUMMARY
This position reports to the IT Manager, is a member of the Technology department. The role of the Business Analyst will focus on Swire Shipping’s core ERP (Vessel Supply Chain) Application. Which includes owning the installation and configuration of product updates, integrations with key business systems, and deployment of the application ecosystem into both pre-production and production systems. Efforts will also encompass supporting release management activities and response to break/fix issues.
The successful candidate will need to have experience working with application systems, advanced technology, and problem-solving skills, working as a team member as well as being a self-starter. Additionally, strong attention to detail, organization, and planning, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, are required. This position may be part of, or liaison with, a large project team in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment. The role requires clear and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical persons. Must be flexible and able to handle changing priorities over multiple projects, tasks, and situations.

The IT Business Analyst will work closely with all employees and will require a demonstration of strong competency and exemplary trustworthiness.
