Job Summary: Johnson Brothers Ford in Temple, Texas, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Finance/Business Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial and business activities of the dealership, including sales of vehicle financing, aftermarket products, and extended warranties
- Build and maintain relationships with various lenders and insurance companies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to finance and insurance in the automotive industry
- Work closely with the sales team to structure deals and secure financing options for customers
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting, including completing contracts and lease agreements
- Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate completion of all finance-related documents and tasks
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and new financing options to continuously improve dealership operations
- Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving any customer concerns related to financing or insurance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive finance/business manager
- In-depth knowledge of finance and insurance regulations in the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in using finance and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
