Skilled Nursing Facility in search of a Business Office Manager.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility. We are looking for someone with HMO, and case management experience who can coordinate the various support services and personnel needed to ensure that an office runs smoothly. The following list of responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Managing critical deadlines and keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, HMOs and hospice is a plus
• The ability to work across departments to achieve positive outcomes for residents and families
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing home guidelines, including trust fund management

· supervising the daily functions of the office

· checking in on the housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff to certify they are meeting the needs of the facility

· oversee the receptionist in their daily activities

· be a role model and willing to work with staff to ensure services are delivered

· be able to take in new information from upper management and convey that information down the chain of command

· observe the resident population and report any concerns to the appropriate department

Skills Required: Experience of Business Office Management of at least 1-year, strong multitasking, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are critical for a successful career as a business office manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.26 - $21.99 per hour
