Business Banking Manager manages a business banking team building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing service and support.     The anticipated salary range for this role is between $140,000.00and $184,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire.     SUMMARY:

    We are seeking an Information Security Program Manager to lead key Information Security functions for Jenius Bank. This individual contributor will be responsible for leading issue management, track issue resolution, reporting & escalation, compliance, training & awareness programs. This role will also directly interface with business and technology leaders, application support teams, and security leaders to track the progress of info-security priorities. This role will report to the Deputy CISO of SMBC Manubank and Head of Jenius Bank Cybersecurity.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Responsible for issue management, issue resolution, reporting & escalation, compliance, training & awareness programs.
    • Set-up and run a formal risk identification and issue management process that aligns with the bank's internal processes.
    • Work closely with the technical architects, security engineers to ensure security
    • defects and enhancements are reviewed and closed out in a timely manner.
    • Develops dark-web monitoring & other customer awareness programs.
    • Identify training needs of external customers and internal stakeholders. Sets up training based on those needs.
    • Periodically reports status of info-security function. Escalates to senior leadership of matters of importance.
    • Familiar with cloud technology & application security protocols
    • Potential to lead a team in the future.
    • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, SCRUM, SAP Activate, SAFe) & tools.
    • Location (the list below is where we have physical offices). It is a hybrid role, meaning you will not need to go into the office all the time (just when needed). Scottsdale, Arizona or Los Angeles, California.
    POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
    • 10 years of experience within Cybersecurity, Risk, Operations and/or Information Technology.
    • 3 years of experience leading information security and/or compliance in a highly regulated industry.
    • Proven track record developing information security policies and procedures within Financial Services and/or Banking industry.
    • Proven ability to understand, identify, analyze, and clearly communicate an organization's data and technology risks.
    • Experience dealing with real-world and simulated cyber-attacks.
    • Ability to contribute to the improvement of application, network, and system security in cloud and 3rd party solution environments.
    • Experience implementing secure software development lifecycle. Ability to shift-left security issues so they are caught and fixed earlier for the company.
    • Able to deliver results in a high-performing, fast-moving, and changing
