Job Summary

This position is an integral part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Team, actively collaborating on enterprise-wide and business unit-specific initiatives focused on improving organizational efficiency. The position encompasses the analysis of clinical, operational, and business processes alongside the identification of data-driven insights to support process improvement recommendations. It requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on working with consumers to understand and document business needs. Additionally, an aptitude for working with data consumers to identify and deliver solutions using best practice reporting tools is essential
