Job Summary:
Green Ford is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) Associate to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is a full-time, salary position in the auto industry. As a BDC Associate, you will serve as a liaison between our dealership and our potential/existing customers. This is an individual contributor role that requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information about our dealership and vehicles.
- Manage and maintain customer databases and follow-up schedules.
- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate leads and interest in our products and services.
- Schedule sales appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize our CRM software and other tools to track and report on customer interactions and sales leads.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products and services offered by our dealership, and competitors' offerings.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field; experience in the auto industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Availability to work full-time, including some Saturdays as needed.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
