    Role Description

     

    The Business Development & Salesperson is an integral team member in the company of 50 employees. We have a solid and NEW marketing and sales plan; and are looking for a individual to execute with our current business development team, adding more clients to our portfolio in 2023/24 and into the future. Our focus is to substantially grow our business through relationship selling in key verticals that we have to match our company goals. You need to be a charismatic, and a strategic relationship builder that will grow and establish opportunities for lead generation for property emergencies as well as building repair projects.


    Responsibilities

     

    •  Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity.
    •  Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
    •  Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
    •  Identify and developing sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
    •  Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships through office visits, organized events and cold calling.
    •  Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
    •  Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent business-to-business visits.
    •  Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes.
    •  Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer.
    •  Monitors, interprets and responds to lead sources.
    •  Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community.
    •  Participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs.
    •  Proactively search for, and act upon potential opportunities.
