Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and text messaging to generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on inquiries

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and generate repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a streamlined and efficient sales process

- Represent the dealership in a professional and positive manner at all times
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Prior sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug test
