Business Development Associate, Sr. jobs in Florence, AL

Dental practice located in downtown Corinth, Mississippi has an immediate opening for a full-time Business Office/ Front office Associate. Our office is looking for someone who is kind, has strong organization skills, is self-motivated, is detail-oriented and who communicates with patients and other co-workers with kindness and clarity. A minimum of two years of experience working directly with verifying insurance benefits, insurance appeals and posting payments in a dental practice or other medical business office is preferred. Experience with Dentrix dental software is a plus.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, making appointments, verifying insurance for patient appointments, updating insurance information, communicating with patients about copays and answering insurance related questions for staff and patients, check out of patients, working with accounts receivable, and other administrative tasks. This position will also require cross-training in other areas in order to substitute for the other positions in the office as needed.

This position is expected to work five days a week, Monday – Friday, from 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. After completing a probationary period, our practice offers a great benefits package including: 401(k), health insurance, vacation, holiday pay and production bonuses.

Prospective employees must be willing to fill-in in our Iuka, Mississippi office as needed.
