Being a Business Development Associate, Sr. researches and analyzes current and future business opportunities. Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives. Additionally, Business Development Associate, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance or marketing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Business Development Associate, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     - Organize appointments to maximize shop capacity

    - Manage Service Department Courtesy Loaner Fleet

    - Manage Service Department Remote Experience processes

    - Assist with Warranty and Extended Warranty processes
    - Maintain an organized calendar of appointments and follow-up tasks
    - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
    - Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues
    - Assist with administrative tasks such as cashiering, data entry and filing

    Duties:

    Qualifications:

    - Previous experience in sales or customer service
    - Excellent time management and organizational skills
    - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
