Job Summary/Responsibilities:
Lupoli Companies/Sal's Pizza is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and fostering business relationships for our Sal's Pizza Express/Franchise program. Sal's Pizza Express are franchise locations located in convenience stores, sports venues, colleges, amusement parks, grocery stores, big box stores and more. The opportunities are limitless for the growth of this brand. You will conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, regularly communicate project efforts to leadership, prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales activities as well as attend trade shows, all aligned with our growth objectives. Plus, a substantial bonus structure awaits.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
