Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives. Additionally, Business Development Associate, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance or marketing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Business Development Associate, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     How to win: 

    Success in this role requires a results-driven, “hunter” mentality with significant time on the telephone. If you can generate 100-120 outbound calls to business owners every day and close 3-5 sales each week, you will earn a great living here. Historically, top reps earn 6-figure salaries annually. 

    Candidates with prior success in B2B sales, including lead generation and cold calling in a 1-call-close environment, are preferred. Preference may be given to candidates fluent in conversational Spanish.
