Appointment Setters/BDC Associates manage inbound and outbound communications with existing and prospective customers. Tasked with converting contacts into quality sales appointments, Appointment Setters/BDC Associates maintain knowledge of products in order to guide our prospective clients and facilitate the appointment/sales process.

Requirements

-Previous BDC experience. Preferable with a Luxury Make.

-Ability to communicate effectively with others.

-Great follow up skills. 

-Time management skills.

-Ability to type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system.

-Basic Computer skills.
