Valley View provides nearly 3 million dollars in benevolent care each year and we are seeking someone who can help grow a community of donors that have confidence in and desire to support Valley View’s mission, to enrich the lives of older adults in a manner that demonstrates God’s love. The Director will meet one-to-one others, lead educational meetings, collaborate on marketing strategies to find ways for others to share their time, talent, and resources enriching our community.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Prior experience in related role required.

Knowledgeable of various planned giving instruments and applicable tax law.

Proficient in use of computer and related technology required for the role.

Possesses good verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

Able to work independently, well-organized, and can multi-task.

Ability to responsibly handle sensitive and confidential information

Must adhere to and promote the mission and values of Valley View Retirement Community.
