JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leads by communicating with and developing staff members, building consensus for programs and goals that support a business, function, or geographic area
- Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision, manages day to day operations as well as all sales and marketing activities, for their respective territory
- Provides oversight and support resources to each facility Executive Director as well as facility level Marketing & Sales associates
- Accountable for meeting and exceeding the occupancy and revenue goals while complying with government and agency regulations
- Responsible for ensuring fiscal management of community marketing budgets is implemented and followed
- Works with the Chief Financial Officer to coordinate and prepare and execute the marketing and sales budget for their respective territory
- Understands local markets within region and collaborates with Operations and Regional Sales management to make pricing recommendations
- Reviews and analyzes weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports to ensure accuracy of information and to make recommendations for necessary changes
- Partners with Training and Development to actively participate in sales training activities for the Division
- Promotes AdviniaCare in a positive manner and sets the example for company’s standards for excellence
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Generally, five (5) years of management experience in a senior level sales and marketing role
- Experience in a senior living, healthcare or hospitality industry and in a multi-community role with management preferred
- Demonstrated experience with exceeding revenue and occupancy expectations
