Business Development Director - Biotech supports top management by providing analysis for evaluating new business opportunities such as in/out licensing, collaborative research and development agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. Oversees business development activities through subordinate managers. Being a Business Development Director - Biotech requires an MBA and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Additionally, Business Development Director - Biotech relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.     Requirements:
    • A marketing background in healthcare is required.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Strong organization skills to facilitate timely follow-ups.
    • Demonstrates ability to be flexible in work schedule.
    • Maintains a culture of positivity when representing the facilities.
    • Maintains a record of every referral for proper follow-up.
