The Division Director of Business Development plays an integral role in developing and executing the overall business development strategies for Life Care Centers of America. The Director organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Regional Business Development functions to maximize visibility of long term care/post-acute rehabilitation centers in the region. Working with Liaisons and Admissions teams, the Director leads initiatives to position Life Care as a provider of choice to increase census in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
