POSITION SUMMARY:  Build market positions by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in commercial markets that generates new and repeat business opportunities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• Identify and develop new clients in accordance with the company mission and Core Values.
• Create new deals in terms of service agreements and emergency response plans.
• Locates or proposes potential business opportunities by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring the opportunities.
• Meets and exceeds sales goals while striving to increase book of business.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining person networks, participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
