Duties:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement operational strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
